RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the supply chain
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
  • Conduct quotation and material costing comparison
  • Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost savings opportunities
  • Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high standard of products
REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma holder or above in Purchasing and Supply or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years experience in hotel purchasing
  • Initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge on computerized Purchasing system will be an advantage.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer

Information Technology Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • IT Manager has specialized responsibilities on technical support including, but not limited to, Information Technology network infrastructure, hotel systems / office applications, cybersecurity, and guest technology service-related environment throughout the hotel/resort/yacht club.
  • Provides technical advice and expertise on various IT aspects including System, Service, Network, and Cybersecurity which are in use at the hotels. Coordinates standardized system deployments and technical refreshes based on the corporate guidelines provided by Group IT.
  • Coordinates closely with user departments to ensure the maximized utilization and allocation of resources to achieve the Group IT goals and objectives.
  • Manages specific IT projects as a team leader and handles decision making on a consistent manner.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or another related field, along with in-depth knowledge of hospitality-related applications and systems (PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV, HSIA) etc.
  • Possesses a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operation, and IT Support roles, along with a minimum of three (3) years in supervisory/managerial position.
  • Industry Certification holder or proven expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • ITIL V4 Certificate holder or equivalent.
  • Possesses a good technical understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft O365 and Windows network environment is essential.
  • Willing to work in non-office hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and direct all aspects of learning and development functions
  • Develop training strategy and partner with Hotel-in-charge to identify the training and development needs
  • Design, develop and implement talent development programs
  • Formulate and develop learning and development plan based on the priorities and needs of the company
  • Define curriculum, identify and launch development programmes, training courses and materials.
  • Facilitate training workshops and training activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and development programs and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
  • Assist to drive team performance by continual review and improvements on work practices, processes and support systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience with proven track record of designing and delivering effective training courses and development programs
  • Experience in Hospitality or service related industry would be an advantage
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, work independently with ability to make sound judgment
  • Self-starter, good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about people development, customer focused and result-oriented
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Assistant Marketing Communications Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Media liaison and prepare press release riding on rooms, F&B and other special promotions at group level
  • Plan and execute group marketing activities with tracking on both online and offline platforms
  • Draft and review marketing materials, and to edit and review e-newsletter, social media posts, marketing and communication materials where appropriate.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with external parties in terms of joint promotion, exhibition and special events.
  • Provide support to loyalty program, photo shooting, crisis management and ad hoc projects as required.
  • Support special activities at corporate, group and property level where appropriate and needed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in English Language/Literature, Marketing, Communications, Translation, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in PR, Media, Marketing or Communications
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
  • Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is essential
  • Creative mindset and effective communications
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Communications Officer
