職責
- Assign various phrase of jobs for work crew and follow up the progress
- Supervise the job of work crew ensure the work is on schedule
- Supervise the work carried out by outside contractors
- Work on shift schedule to monitor all technical installations runs in normal function
- Coordinate with other departments
- Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
- Perform all assigned general engineering duties as long as licensing requirements permit.
入職要求
- Minimum 5 years or above experience in hotel industry or property management
- Proven track record on project management or planned maintenance is essential
- Able to meet deadline and work independently
