Known as a 'working class' neighbourhood, Sham Shui Po boasts some of Hong Kong's most authentic delights and bargains. Among them is Apliu Street Flea Market for electronics and gadgets, Fook Wing Street for toys and stationary at wholesale price, and its nearby roads for an assortment of everyday items. You'll also find affordable treats almost any time of the day - from traditional style cafes (Cha Chan Teng) to shops specialising in dumplings, noodles, dim sum and desserts.
Mong Kok is one of Kowloon's busiest, most vibrant districts teeming with shopping and dining options. Amongst the most popular are street stalls offering every kind of delicious, sometimes surprising, snacks including the famous curry fish balls, deep-fried pig intestines and smelly to-fu.
Situated between the popular retail paradise of Tsim Sha Tsui and the historic bazaar of Yau Ma Tei, Jordan is another locally favoured spot for Hong Kong, Chinese and South East Asian dishes. As many shops stay open late, you'll find plenty of people hunting for food past midnight.
Will I be visiting any cities, areas or countries outside of Hong Kong within the 14 days prior to the first day of my arrival/stay?
