Seeing Facebook ads come to play picketball, it was not too high expectations, but the actual experience is quite good! When I rented the shirt, I asked the staff how to play, they were all very good, and the shirt staff was passionate about the rules and techniques. Two hours passed unconsciously, having fun. Next time will come again, then you must challenge your staff!
The hotel staff were very polite, especially Juergen. He knew it was my birthday and arranged for a cake to be served during dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the swimming pool is perfect for families, with varying depths and an outdoor slide.
So many fun activities and beautiful swimming pools over there . Suitable for kids and family for vocation, my kids was attracting by the view of yacht cruising and the plane flying over the sky.We have a great experience in this summer and look forward to stay again! Moreover, staff are nice and helpful, room is big and tidy, everything is great here!
This was my 4th came to the hotel, and this time we tried the lunch buffet. The food was tastier than last time, with some new additions too! After eating, my child went to the playroom and saw Paddy again, the same staff who operated the mini train last time. My child had so much fun with Paddy and keep asking me when can meet him again at the next day! After this really nice family day here, we are planning to try the dinner buffet and staycation with my family next time! Thank you for your warm hospitality! We’ll definitely keep coming back… for our 5th, 6th, 7th visits!
Hi, we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It was an amazing experience, very near to the beach and equipped with all the modern amenities. Staff was courteous. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the rides. We were earlier having apprehensions that it is far from the city, but we can easily get public transport just outside the hotel and can book Uber or local Taxi.
All the staff are super helpful and friendly. We have been there with two babies and we could not find a suitable place for changing the babies’ diapers. The manager did not hesitate to offer us a room.
Nice views. Homey vibes. Many amenities. Convenient location. Value for money. Second time here and Gold Coast Hotel remains as my fave place for a quick getaway from HK Island. It will always be my go to hotel for a staycation. Will surely be back!
We always enjoy staying in Gold Coast Hotel. With such a lovely environment, professional team and great facility, we stay in this hotel almost every time we are in HK. One of the things that impress me is the customer service. We had a buffet dinner with family in Cafe Lagoon and there are many varieties' of food which fits kids or senior. Highly recommend family to spend time in this hotel.
5 stars to the hotel’s service and cleanliness! Despite of its age, the hotel is in well maintenance. Though it is near beach, the room is not humid, no mold, no musty smell, clean bed linen, clean toilet. Price is reasonable with such big room and sea view. Plenty of activities to do with kids in the hotel. Fun swimming pool, water park, kids cart racing, mini golf, indoor and outdoor playground.
Staff were very well mannered and attentive. Rooms were very clean and recently renovated. Lunch was lovely at the Satay Inn. Chicken rice......

远离城市的繁华 泡在慵懒的时光里🌤️ 在冬天的海边疯狂吃喝🌊 房间面朝大海，一层纱窗打开，徐徐的海风吹来，感觉真的好清爽。阳台还有一个大露台，三两好友在阳台聊聊天。喝喝下午茶真是个美好的体验。虽然说是老牌的酒店，但是房间的设施都很新的。特别是床非常的柔软舒服，一整夜睡醒，整个人精神爽朗，太舒服了。我们这次行程在酒店待了两天一夜，没有外出去寻找其他的东西玩。在海边散散步，在酒店吃下午茶，吃自助餐，做陶艺，活动满满。特别适合朋友们一起过来放松。如果有机会下次来香港，我还会选择这里。
