Seasonal White Truffle Menu at Gradini

(Hong Kong, 21 October 2020) — To celebrate the much-anticipated arrival of the white truffle season, Executive Chef Cano of Gradini presents an extravagant menu of classic dishes prepared with this divine white gem from Alba in Piedmont, Italy.

Chef Cano meticulously crafted a tantalizing menu with different flavour combinations to complement the “gastronomical jewel” of the kitchen. True food connoisseurs cannot miss the notable dishes, including the traditional Scrambled eggs with shaved fresh white truffles (HK$498); succulent Pan-fried white cod fillet with truffle clam cream sauce (HK$588); Roasted milk-fed veal chop with truffle potatoes and porcini gravy (HK$888); White truffle carnaroli risotto (HK$538) and Homemade tagliarini with truffle butter sauce (HK$538). Last but not least, sample the Vanilla ice cream with shaved fresh white truffle (HK$188) for a luxurious satisfaction for the sweet tooth. Guests may also choose to order an additional shaving of white truffle at HK$128 per gram.
