Quarantine Package

Royal Pacific Hotel is a Designated Quarantine Hotel recognised by the Hong Kong Government providing over 650 rooms and suites for quarantine stay, serving arrivals from all regions and countries outside of Mainland China and Macao.

A selection of 8 room types ranging from 22m², 30-35m², 49m² ,70m² , 86m2, 104m2 to 144m2 are available for single or family quarantine, with the choice of Kowloon Park view or Victoria Harbour views. Daily rate per room starts from HK$1,050 with full-board meals.

Connecting rooms are available with daily supplement from HK$400 per set. Please contact reservations direct for details.
All rates include daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Terms and conditions
  1. Full prepayment must be settled at time of booking. A secured payment link will be sent to you under separate cover.  In case the booking is cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival date, one night charge will be incurred. Otherwise, 100% of the entire booking period will be charged without refund. Once booking is confirmed, no guest name can be changed and no transfer of booking is allowed.
  2. Flight details of the check-in guest(s) must be provided at time of booking or else it will not be accepted.
  3. Refund will only be arranged when period of stay is changed due to update of Hong Kong government quarantine policy, flight cancellation (proof of document is required) or when guest is contracted with Covid-19 during the quarantine stay.
  4. Guests under the age of 14 must stay with a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult, who is not travelling with the minor, must apply through the Centre of Health Protection (CHP) prior to check-in.
  5.  A signed letter from a parent or legal guardian must be presented prior to check-in for guests aged 14-17 years old if staying alone throughout the quarantine period. (Download form here)
  6. Children under the age of 4 can stay free when sharing same bedding with accompanying adult(s) with no meal plan. Any guest aged 4 and above will be considered as a paying guest and daily supplement (including 3 meals) will be charged accordingly. 
  7. A maximum of 2 children aged 4 or below is allowed per room per stay.
  8. In case of occupancy of 2 or more persons in the same room, all guests of the same booking must arrive from the same flight, check-in and check-out together. No separate check-in will be arranged and all room key cards will be programmed for one -time access only.
  9. A meal order form will be shared once booking is fully prepaid for meal selection during the stay. If your meal order is not received 2 days before check-in date, your meals selection will be based on default by hotel without prior notice.
  10. Outside food delivery and care packages from friends and family are welcomed, except for  cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, pets or contraband.
  11. Housekeeping service will not be available during the quarantine period, however fresh linen and towels can be placed outside your room on request basis.
  12. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, illuminative message will be installed on the façade of Towers Wing of the hotel from 16 June to 31 October 2022, during when part of the view of Tower Harbour Suite, Royal Suite and Pacific Suite may be affected between 5:30pm and 11:00pm.  We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that may have caused.
