  • Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348) which will automatically apply to guest stay from 1 January 2025 onwards.

  • Advance full payment upon booking is required. Modification or cancellation must be made 48 hours before check-in; otherwise, first night’s room rate along with relevant service charge would apply as penalty.
