Terms and conditions
  • All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
  • Booking is required to be guaranteed by valid credit card at time of reservation, total room rate (inclusive of the related service charges) is non-refundable and will be charged upon confirmation.
  • No cancellation or no amendment is allowed. Any cancellation will incur a penalty charge of 100% of the total room rate (inclusive of the related service charges).
  • Additional room booking must be made directly with the hotel and 3 days before arrival. All room rates and privileges are subject to room availability and hotel’s confirmation.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • All room rates and privileges are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • The hotel room is for accommodation purpose only, and not for event or commercial use.
  • Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which will take effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb can purchase them from our hotel, and proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation to support marine conservation.
