For those interested in advanced career development, an additional 6-month top-up program will be available, during which you will receive specialized training and mentorship from experienced managers in your field. You will also gain hands-on experience in your chosen area of expertise by working on real projects and rotating through key administrative departments to gain a broader understanding of general management.

Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, you will have an opportunity to experience a job exchange program in our overseas property. 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate student or final year student from bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
